Sydenham Court is a townhome development in the historic Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia. The homes complement the surrounding neighborhood and include rooftop decks with panoramic views of the City. The first homes were delivered and sold in the fall of 2014 and the final two homes were sold in mid-2015.
